The loop Blog finds an extra 2 pages of apps as they were poking around the new 3.0 beta 2 firmware. This is great news for people like myself. I have filled up 9 pages 3 times over and even if I trim down to apps I want to keep I can only bring that down to 8. This will give more room to store those “must have” apps. OK, I have to go find something else to buy.
iPhone 3.0 – 11 Pages! | The Loop Blog
I was playing around with the second beta that was released today and I found that you can now have 11 pages of applications! Check out the screenshot below for 11 dots that represent pages, at the bottom. When 3.0 is publically released this summer, iPhone and iPod touch users will have a (current) limit of 180 apps instead of 148 apps which is how many 2.0 can have.

My Touch is jailbroken, so using Categories is pretty cool. Not sure how many apps I can have though, as it’s not based on the limit of pages.

Wish apple would come up with a better way to organize the apps.
