The iPhone 3GS has been in user’s hands for a little over two weeks now. Since its release there have been reports of overheating/discoloration, bad battery life, problems with the oleophobic display, and of course benchmarks. My take on this is when a device sells 1 million units in 2 days, YES 2 days, there are bound to be a few glitches. So for those of you out there with a 3GS, what problems, if any have you had? Are you happy with your purchase? Let’s hear you guys sound off in the comments or hit me on Twitter.

I am waiting for my 16GB GS to come into my local ATT store. I am a little concerned over the supposed decreased battery performance. However, I am looking forward to the improved speed performance over the 3G.

As for the discoloration, it has been confirmed that it was caused by the use of a certain case and was able to be wiped off using alcohol.

I expect Apple to tune up the phone a bit to optimize the battery
