Unfortunately everyone is Twitter and Facebook, so some new system won't work, but integration into those services (or expanding what is already in OS X) would be great. I think I would use a social app client from Apple that posted to Twitter rather than getting the ad supported or paid version of a Twitter client (I'm using Tweetie right now on the iMac).<br><br>I definitely won't post each song I'm listening to as I'm listening to them, talk about a quick way to lose followers, that would just be annoying.<br><br>Almost certainly there will be an app for the iPhone as well as the desktop. If it was yet another self-contained network, I don't think it would be able to achieve wide adoption, since by this time most people have already taken the plunge and joined one or more social networks, and won't want to manage another one. But a centralized app to manage existing social networks, and sync between various computers/iPhones would be nice.
